About Us
Bhandari Sainik Convent is a Government Recognized English Medium School located near Sardar Pulia, Jagatpura, Awas Vikas, Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand. Recognized under RTE (Recognition No. RTE 80417), the school is committed to providing quality education with discipline, moral values, and affordability.
The institution was established under Janahitkari Seva Samiti (Reg.) by Retd. Colonel Ramesh Chandra Bhandari (IC-14112), former Commanding Officer of 17th Battalion, Kumaon Regiment, Indian Army. Inspired by the principles of discipline and national service, the school aims to nurture confident, responsible, and capable citizens.
We offer classes from Pre-Nursery to Class VIII, with future plans to expand up to Class X. Our focus is not only on academic excellence but also on character building and personality development. The school environment promotes punctuality, respect, cleanliness, and strong ethical values.

Rules and Regulation

- Students should be habitually clean and neatly dressed. The school uniform is to be worn on all school days and on all occasions of functions organised by the school.
- Pupils who are not properly dressed and whose general appearance does not conform to such regulations as the school prescribes, may be sent back home by the Principal.
- It is strictly forbidden to throw anything out of its place and at anyone.
- No shouting or whistling is allowed in the school premises.
- It is necessary that pupils must obey monitor appointed by the class teachers to maintain discipline during his/her absence from the class.
- Non-Sikh boys should have their hair trimmed at regular intervals.
- Students have to be punctual and regular to the school and join the morning assembly, as the bell starts ringing, in a disciplined manner. By the time the bell stops, ensure that you are in position at the allotted place.
- Observe order and decorum befitting the occasion.
- You must not bring any sharp instruments to the school.
- You must not lend or borrow money or other articles from your fellow students.
- The school will not be responsible for loss of books, money and other valuables brought by you to the school. However, every effort will be made to recover the things lost, if reported to the class Teacher or the Principal immediately.
- You are expected to be polite, courteous, respectful and well disciplined inside and outside the school.
- You must take care of your school property. No student should scratch or spoil any school furniture, or write or draw lines on the walls, or in any other manner damage things belonging to others. Damage done even by accident, either by you or by anyone else, should be reported at once to the Class Teacher or the Principal. Any damage done will have to be made good either individually or collectively.
Principal Message

Dear Parents/Guardian, The aim of this school is to provide quality education since its beginning, especially to the financially weaker section of society and minority people at a very low and affordable fee structure. The monthly fee will remain Rs. 600–>500 per month only.
The admission fee will remain Rs. 500/- only.Under the MSR (My Social Responsibility) Project, conducted and motivated by our Noble District Magistrate Dr. Neeraj Kherwal, IAS (Distt. U.S. Nagar), we are providing tuition to 20–25 students within our premises in the evening and free education to about 10% of the students of this school.We are determined that the student strength in each section will remain maximum 40 (Forty) only. In Nursery and KG classes, each Main Teacher (B.Ed./D.El.Ed.) will be accompanied by another experienced Assistant Teacher (B.A./M.A.) to provide better quality education.Notebooks, erasers, pencil sharpeners and colours are provided free of cost to students of classes N.C., LKG and UKG.Considering the increasing strength of admissions, a new building has also been taken on Ring Road, near Tender Soul School. Your suggestions for betterment of the school are welcome.
