
KRATE AND SELF DEFENCE

At Bhandari Sainik Convent School, we believe that physical strength and self-confidence are as important as academic excellence. Our Karate and Self-Defense program is designed to empower students with the skills they need to protect themselves and stay physically fit.
Regular karate training sessions are conducted under proper guidance to help students develop discipline, focus, and inner strength. Through structured practice, students learn basic techniques of self-defense, body coordination, balance, and quick reflex actions. These skills not only improve physical fitness but also enhance mental alertness and confidence.
