DANCE AND PHYSICAL TRAINING

At Bhandari Sainik Convent School, we believe that education is incomplete without physical fitness and creative expression. Our Dance and Physical Training program plays an important role in the overall development of students.

Dance classes provide students with a platform to express their creativity, improve coordination, and build self-confidence. Through participation in cultural programs, annual functions, and school events, students develop stage confidence, teamwork, and a sense of rhythm. Dance not only enhances physical flexibility but also promotes joy, enthusiasm, and emotional well-being.

Physical Training (PT) is conducted regularly to ensure students maintain good health and fitness. PT sessions include exercises, drills, stretching, and basic sports activities that improve stamina, strength, and discipline. These activities help students develop focus, alertness, and a positive attitude.

Our structured training encourages students to adopt healthy habits and understand the importance of regular exercise. Participation in physical activities also teaches teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship.
